Review

Another truly superb tale from the divine Flagg. The ending feels slightly rushed, and I would have loved to see more of the small town life as well as more excerpts from Neighbour Dorothy, which is why this gets 4 instead of 5 stars.
Edit to say I've just realised that there's two more 'Elmwood Springs' novels which cover this so as well as adding those to my TBR pile, I'm upping this to 4.5/5)
Flows wonderfully, as always, and takes you right into the middle of it all, no matter what the setting.
The perfect 'snuggle under the covers' novel.
